Six Degrees of Separation
About: six degrees of separation
It is amazing what a team of lawyers, & investigators with almost infinite time & money & government sanction & media frenzy can come up with in the way of violations of “the law” somewhere in time. Is anyone safe? Is it really constitutional? Is it unreasonable search & seizure. Not everyone has the money to fight such inquiry into their life.
The 4th amendment of the US Constitution is:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
- what is unreasonable?
Does the “probable cause” phrase imply that fishing expeditions are legal?
Thanks to Wikipedia (User:Dannie-walker) (***) for the illustrative picture of the 6 degrees of separation.
Strangely enough since I wrote the above this article on Mueller’s early morning search of Manifort’s stuff came out on some troubling 4th Amendment technicalities:

The commision from the acting attorney general Rosenstein:
Comey testimony: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2017/03/20/full-transcript-fbi-director-james-comey-testifies-on-russian-interference-in-2016-election/?utm_term=.d569dea77687
Was there real russian influence via FB etc.?
If you don’t know what you are looking for can you describe it in a warrant? Would love to see the warrants for some of the early morning house invasion searches by the special councils.
