I don't think there is just one kind of cause-effect linking thoughts together. I doubt that there is even only one kind of such linkings. Rather it is like a complex ecology. I had a wallaby the other night where i could almost see the texture of diversity of such ... but unfortunately i cannot reproduce it right now. I had a picture that might have helped, but unfortunately it too has been deleted from memory.

Well i think when things are linked strongly and precisely together it makes a lot of difference. Like those days when you think more precise thoughts and your references are more precise. Vague and imprecise references go nowhere except confusion.
