Actually Obama himself said after winning the U.S. Senate (YouTube) seat said to CNN (about his inexperience to run for national office):

... do we need a president to face a test that could devastate the country or it's economics who is inexperienced? Do we need a VP (one heart-beat away) whose words need reinterpretation every time they come out of his mouth?

Maybe this has something to do with Jihadists for McCain. Basically scare tactics. I'm not sure why Biden seemed to think that he had to chirp in with that ... i doubt that it was scripted by Obama. After watching Bush's overaction to 911 i'm sure that the Jihadists really do want McCain in there to perpetuate their existence by his blustering against their terror. I guess we all need to be on pins and needles for the next 13 days to see if the other warmongering side will try to take advantage by use of scare tactics ... err , itsn't that terrorism?
