I removed the tags to align with our simplification of bug/wish tagging.

• Focus s/b in the edit box when switching to the RTE.
• When you get there with a copy on the clipboard it would be nice that the right mouse button (the menu button) would have a paste function on it like most applications & editors do.  We can use the Edit menu from the browser, but my standard reflex is to use the local mouse button and moving to the browser edit menu just for that function shifts focus again.  Otherwise, & in conclusion, i have to use the Ctrl-V to paste which shifts my attention from the mouse to the keyboard.  It's all about the ergonomics of the UI.
