Examples come from the way I eat & disregard physical fitness; to sedentary intellectual pursuits; to disdain for changes in my physical environment; to values related to sex - etc.  Often I am in touch with this idea when a feeling of channeling Our Friend or a particular person in my life via a particular way of being. This is not the same kind of channeling as one might have in a seance or New Age experience.
