~If the government is indeed trying to compete with the private industry of health insurance than the business records & information that is secret & private is none of their business.  OTOH, I suspect it is the samo-samo government attempt to demonize further, sue, regulate, tax & take it over policy that the Democrat Party & fellow travelers have been doing a long time & particularly with a heavy hand & higher intensity since January 20, 2009.
