RTE change

The insert hyperlinks to the web function & the insert files from the web functions should both be like the latter in that they select the whole http part of the prompt for the uri. The main reasoning, besides consistency, is that i usually do a paste of a url into these entry fields.

Re-editing a hyperlink once created in the RTE is a pain in the ass!

yep, ill look into that. it may be in an area of the rte that i cannot control.

This is in that grey area we call workarounds. Do all the hyperlinks last. If you want to change a hyperlink highlight the old hyperlink and put in the new uri/url.

Winnie recently had some problems with this & many newbies may also run into this. They manage to make bad links by not removing the supplied http in the edit box.

i don't know if i have totally made these consistent but i took off the "http://" default part that was causeing troubles with IE on link.  There isnsert files from the web box is different in FF and in a area that i cannot remove the default "http://" from showing.
