Remember Baghdad Bob the propaganda minister (oops! Iraqi Information Minister) from the Gulf War II fame?  His job was to lie to the Iraqis & the World about how well the war was going while his boss Saddam Hussein disappeared into a hole. Are there any similarities here to the propaganda minister (oops! VP) Joe "hairplugs" Biden? The only difference I can see is Baghdad Bob had the sense to wear a Beret!
D.C. Joe is just spreading propaganda about how well the so-called recovery is going.
