That's right, 5 years before Netflix went big, i had the whole idea totally worked out. Too bad i didn't just doit. Oh well ... her's the next one: An App to sell advertising space on YOU ! This is how it works. Wear a something kewl and stylish ... say something you just bought from loveculture.com. Attach a RFID to the clothes. Go walking in the mall. Now we all are going to have an App in our Smart Phones ... and when we see something real hot and want to know where to get it ... we scan you. The code in the RFID will identify the pieces of clothing on you that are being advertised ... the app will pop up which store to go get them ... perhaps even a buy button to have it delivered. If you are super hot, you're gonna want to sell advertising space. We'll set up a agency to make that easy for you. Perhaps you'll even get some free duds. Now go strut your stuff in the mall ... and get paid for it!

Of course, the big question is whether any smart phone currently already has a RFID reader incorporated in it. I wouldn't be surprised if one did, or didn't. If one did, then go directly to the App development department. If not, you will need to find an RFID hardware reader that could be connected or somehow deployed.

Then need to design the production of the RFID's ... and the kind of signs that the hot girls attach to themselves.

Then design the web service which associates the unique id from the tag to some webpage and records the clicks and brokers the dollar transactions.

All fun stuff ...

i would be surprised if some enterprise (like Google or MS) is not already quite far along in the design process. It really is just a matter of who wants to do it and who is holding the resource cards.

The smart phone would display a page which described what was for sale just like this page does. Now if the girl wants to advertise herself, then she would need to associate the URL on the RFID tag with a different kind of page ... say something more like this. I do love the web, it allows you to point directly to what you are talking about, with no ambiguity whatsoever ... unless of course that ambiguity is intended.

This idea continues the trend of carrying the abilities of web more into real life space like many other enterprises have been trying go do. But what it brings to the table is the direct association of things you encounter on actual people with specific purchase information ... and then suggests a business plan for an advertising agency which would sell the services of those actual people to retail sales outlets.

using you hand held devise you can click on just like a web hyperlink.
That's gonna be the new Web 3D. Don't forget, you heard it here first.

kind of a kiss and tell app, eh? ... popularity based upon sleeping around, eh?

In other news, these QR codes might be better than developing RFID ... the hardware is already there in your smart phone. So you can just scan the girl and click the "i fucked her" button. But, when you think of it, and this is why i write this stuff out, we don't need no stinking QR code for identity ... just scan her face ... click you fucked her and it posts right on her G+ wall.

Yeah kind of like i do with restaurants eh? ... where when i take a picture of a dish i log the location on my restaurant map at Picasa ... which becomes a kind of hedonistic meta awareness of my life in the world.
