DHS seized Domain Names, BUT ...

About: homeland security seizes domain names - the hill's hillicon valley

Apparently DHS has the power to shut down pirating websites which are merely an assault on financial interests but can't shut down WikiLeaks containing classified information?

A good analysis of the leaks is here.
~                     WTF?
Something I have never been able to wrap my humble brain around is that if someone steals classified information and gives it to a single spy, he can be arrested & even jailed or executed. However if he gives it to some outfit like the NY Times who joins the conspiracy & publishes it to the World - nothing happens to the conspirators who publish it.  I don't think the first amendment covers publishing classified information, does it?
