The problem is that long page, published at Subterranean Press, doesn't read very well on a small screen. Sure you can magnify to eliminate the extra columns but then it's hard to scroll and not mess up the screen positioning ... not to mention trying to come back to where you left off.  I really need some kind of ePub format or something to read these lengthy materials.  So i had to republish it here just so i could read it. 

At some point i am sure this will sort itself out and web publishers will know how to project it for all to easily see.  My apologies in advance to the Subterranean Press and or the author if i have stepped on anybody's toes.

I've taken this page down upon request of the author.  Apparently Subterranean Press has the exclusive right to publish it.  The good news is that they may publish it some day as a ePub.
