I tried to follow this Irish recipe as best as i could.  Problem is i only had 1/4 of bacon and it wasn't Irish boiling bacon so gots complaints from denise that she didn't get enough bacon.  Oh, well, she said it was good.


The cherry tomatoes were served a top Kaukauna Spreadable Cheddar a top Breton's Original crackers ... my guilty pleasure  .
