Red Quinoa & Asparagus Salad with Toasted Cumin Vinaigrette

I finally got to try one of Poor Girl Eats Well's recipes.  I followed her recipe fairly accurately and it was delicious. My only addition was to serve it with Breton's crackers because denise said it needed something else. This is not a wimpy salad ... the flavors are strong ... onions and Cumin.
