Oysters from Farmers Market in Olympia

Tomorrow am planning to shuck my first live ones to make baked oysters.  I got these from the oyster farmer's booth in the Olympia farmer's market.  The idea came from Muziki's buffet ... imho, the best dish on the plate.

Well the good news is that i like shucking, and eating baked oysters.

The bad news is that just trowing together a topping out of similar ingredients to a  Oyster Rockefeller sauce probably will not work. 

The really bad news is that trying to get denise to like oysters of any variety is going to be a loosing proposition.
