Bill C or not.  If you want to make something vague and think in fuzzy clouds, well then just use a liberal scattering of it(s) and this(s) and that(s). 
Dude! You started with the IT thingy.  The English language has some grammar where the subject is understood i.e. "Go Fuck Yourself!"  has an implied subject of "You".... etc. The context of MY quote was voting & politics.  Did you not get that?
