Tuna Noodle Casserole and Applesauce

Nailed both of these, but the casserole could have had a tad more salt. I cooked it in a 9 x 12 baking dish ... im thinking that it made im more even than the deep dish. It had celery, peppers, onions, fresh corn, olives and of course tuna and cambells mushroom soup and milk and elbow noodles.

Applesauce was made just like i did here except i added some fresh pineapple.

trying to make the dish look more appealing. That's my honey aioli over cherry tomatoes that i got from renton farmer's market. It didn't need the nose ... but oh well.

Another variation wherein the leftover tuna noodles were deployed against my honey aioli over tomatos and a piece of sessimi crusted bread we got from the new Walmart super store in Auburn. The tomato aioli is a dish i want to sophisticate and the bread from Walmart needs better branding.
