I reflect & elaborate just a bit more here. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over again & expecting a different result - (some say). So what's the problem? - only a few really like war (presidents, politicians, generals & the military-industrial complex.) If we continue to elect the same type of politician & expect something different we are really crazy! The war machine will still take your children & grand children & spill their blood & drive them nuts.

It is mostly our lazy, non-participative, laid-back, indulgent attitudes & ways of life which elect the same old kind of politicians. We can look at debates & campaign speeches & say to ourselves "oh! he/she looks presidential" - or "He/she will do this for us".. but when push comes to shove they are sill politicians & will - like the scorpion & the frog story, act out of their own nature. Be sure you know what that is before voting for them. Think about it! ... & then do something else the next chance you have to vote.
