Apparently Pelosi could be brought up on ethics charges if she releases information private to the committee. She has her own ethics problems as well. See Rule #7 of the committee here. It begins around page 12, FYI.  Apparently the threat to disclose has some ethics problems as well. Hmmm... I wonder if violating the oath has any "contempt of Congress" implications.  I believe she walked it back today but I haven't found a link to confirm.
