Internet Steaming Radio

My objective is to achieve seamless low-tech streaming of audio such that multiple people in a conference room can be heard just was good as people calling in on a phone or skypeing in on from their computers.  Everybody hears everybody.


So far we have a streaming "radio station", WICSS.CC which can be listended to at listen.ultrastreams.us:8022 perhaps the administration of the stream is located here, and the stream hosting plan is here.


Apparently most of the software is already provided by Skype. 



And  by edicast .




It looks like i will need some minimal hardware ... perhaps the Polycom C100s which i now have on order from Amazon.

The EdcastASIO won't run because of "No ASIO devises found" error.

This was fixed by installing the stand alone EdcastASIO from jimbo, fixing the permissions on the directory so that i could copy the mp3 encoder (lame_enc.dll) into the edcast directory.
