White House Shills Trying to Select the Republican Candidate

BUSTED! You know, for a long time I've wondered about something that seems way out of place. You folks have been pretending to be open minded about candidates for president as if you might vote for someone besides Obama while you knock each Republican as they bubble up to the top of the primary polls. Why should anyone listen at all to your partisan bullshit? Why should we regard you as anything but shills for the White House? Liberals do not select the Republican Nominee - Republicans Do!
I'm also impressed by the congruence between the President's press secretary's name of Jay Carney and his spin for the Dude in the White House.

NYTIMES columnist mocks Romney's religion...

'Stick that in your magic underwear'...

FLASHBACK: Anti-Mormon bias persists, notably among Democrats...

Yep, there it is, unmasked ... naked for all to hear ... a New York Times columnist insulting Romney's Morman religion ... shame on him!

Does this insult mean that Romney's enemies are "honeing in on his Mormonism" ... just like Santorum's enemies are honing in on his Catholicism ?   Yep, prolly gonna happen.  In this kind of political environment where propaganda is allowed and actually dominates the political dialogue, any fact which can be spun against a candidate will be repeated, again and again, in the media and the blogisphere, however irrelevant it actually is.  Unfortunately that is a fact of the political environment which the people allow and participate in.  I wish they would stop it.

"Under whose regime was religion made politically incorrect?"  ... hmmm.   I don't know that the question really means ... so am not gonna try to answer it.

It's you bloggies who are playing whack-a-mole with each Republican candidate that are responsible for the meanness in dialogue. I'm sure Romney can take care of it himself. The point was that I predicted it would happen as soon as they finished off Santorum's religion. The latter seems to have been somewhat effective in slowing him down. Obama is somewhat vulnerable there so they better not whack that mole too hard for too long.
