... be nice if there was something nice to wake up to ... as it stands now, everything else sucks even worse ... your thrust to tarnish the image is working only within your local screens.
The image tarnishes itself because it is a LIE!
You see, @S'th - once I see you quit posting White House talking points, here & on Facebook, against the GOP candidates I might take you seriously in the political domain.  Until then, your entreaties are pretty much a snoozer.

here i am talking image ... just saying i don't see a better alternative.

not wanting to argue politics.

... want instead to grock the president as image.

... just saying, that all the other ones, except Obama, suck.

... but, of course, if you have projected all of that ugly shit on him, then you see just that.

... perhaps even confuse your image of him with the president himself, or with what other people see.

Ugliness is in the eye of the beholder (period).

Mark, i really don't give a shit what you do.  If you think that your behavior is going to impact mine the way you presume above, you are even foolisher than i thought.  If you want to affect my behavior ... just do like i have asked ... and follow rational rules of discourse.

Getting uglier by the second & (psst... remember the RWG?) you can't stop!

Mark de LA says
Actually this all is mostly Alinsky's Rules for Radicals #4 & #5. (page 128 of the 1989 Vantage book paperback)
ibid: ... The fourth rule is: Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules. You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.
The fourth rule carries within it the fifth rule: Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition who then react to your advantage.
...
Obama uses these a lot on the campaign trail & sometimes while governing which he does very little.

Also it infuriates the opposition who then react to your advantage.
I hasten to add:  if they react at all.
One doesn't have to see them react at all.  From the RWG we know they react.

... Wow, so now you imply (assume) that i react even though i do not by virtue of applying your RWG ?

I KNOW you do.  As far as the RWG goes you're not that Zen (so far) - maybe there's hope.
There's always a cause-effect-effect.... chain even if it is to suppress a reaction, eh?
Well you're right about cause-effect ... but being affected by something hardly constitutes a "reaction" which produces further effects.

Just for your information, i have learned to ignore about 90% of the "Ridicule" that you have assumed that i must needs react to.  That has been the only effect of your cause.  Only time i react now is where i find something interesting there, and my friend, it is never the "Ridicule".

Incidentally there is nothing Zen about RWG.  That is where you are totally wrong.  You are like a addict who is resorting to any possible excuse for your addictive behavior.  Sorry, bro, it is just part of your pathology ... not mine ... i am pretty good at ignoring bs, even from someone i love
Q.E.D & you continue to respond as if you are RIGHT! That's the RWG. Know it - love it!

Ok ... here is the my response according to your RWG:
source: my RWG response
I respond if i choose to respond ... sometimes as if i am right ... sometimes not ... lots of times i deem myself right and i don't respond at all ... other times i think, well he has a point that i previously missed, but then i still choose to respond or not ... usually according to my own agenda ... and not from any automatic response of having to be right.  You can accept that or not just as you please.
... ...

... but that wasn't why i responded ... were i had wanted only to justify and rationalize me being in the right, i would have chosen to ignore your last, or if i had started composing and discovered just that rationalization, i would have deleted my opus.

... but i didn't delete it ... here is why i actually did respond ... to ask you this question ... hopefully you will really try to understand the question and actually answer exactly just it and not try to re-frame to play your game.

source: something to ponder

What would a response that would not be "as if I was RIGHT" look like to you  ?

...

...
assuming it also includes the other statements of the RWG like "I'm NOT Wrong", "I'm RIGHTer than you". "You're WRONG" etc ...as the other permutations of the game you probably:
  • You would state some of - I agree & ... ; I respect & ; I appreciate & ... followed by your point of view in a NON-argumentative style without deframing & contradiction thus being congruent with your introductory "I agree & ..."
  • Give up deframing & contradiction as a tool of persuasion
  • Cultivate those same ideas within your internal, personal dialogue with yourself
  • Leave a dialogue without an accusatory temperament or comment
  • Agree and add something positive that supports the other's argument which you can always respect, appreciate & agree as the other is actually a human being just like you

Thanks for asking.
