Given that Obama invented a fictitious girlfriend in his Dreams of My Father biography, it is not surprising that he would invent Julia to further his agenda.

Perhaps We The People are too dumb to get the message from real accounts. There is a whole propaganda industry built upon recontextualizing & lying about the opposite political party & what their imaginary intents are. The same propaganda industry also makes up stories as well about what their candidate's political party & his own intents are.
