I spotted this Captain American costume during the May Day demonstration then later on Facebook Here as "Ron Paul The Last Statesman". Perhaps some are meming that for Ron Paul imaging ...

Incidentally I can't find any such book or movie only the website ronpaul2012.com which does not, as far as i can see, contain this imagery.

The comments on the poster give what is probably the best context for this memeing.

Anyone can be a hero if he doesn't have the responsibility for implementation in the face of opposition.

If you don't deserve to be a Super Hero when you have no real responsibility in the face of opposition, then you don't deserve to be an Arch Villain in the face of same.

WTF? Non sequitur? Deserve? Nobody deserves to be a Hero - there's more to it than that, eh?

Girl Eating Carrot In The Rain

To be honest with you this is one of my favorite images of the night. It reminded me of the girls who came up to us in the parking lot of the grocery store. They said they were hungry. Asked for money for food. I offered them a carrot. They said "euuu" and walked away.

well in that same scene there were arch villains galore. Each character got their chance to stand up on the soap box. This sign struck me. It was after dark and it was raining off and on ... my pictures were blurry. I had just had my encounter with the black woman which i described here and was waiting for Jason to pick me up. Across the street they were giving away free hamburgers ... i hope she got one.

Maybe not enough juice that day (particularly in Seattle). Wait for Chicago!

Plenty of juice cans left behind ... though the demonstrators did clean up after themselves. It fizzled out into a rainy Seattle evening. The whole movement doesn't have traction in today's America.

Seems to me that Miami would be targeted ... rather than Chicago ... but who knows.

Yeah sounds a lot like Shakespeare's Macbeth:

Well actually political action signifies the change it brings. Frequently that is the null set. Yet frequently it is not. These guys were inciting fear of the police in the crowd (see my youtube)... anticipating the vandalism that happened earlier in the day. It never happened. Now Seattle is back to normal as if nothing happened at all.

My question is why the Bolshevik types did not smash up the stores while they marched ... there were plenty of opportunities when the cops were not around ...

This year these factions were not munged … did not apparently combine … insetad is was all about the cops controlling the anarchy … and if you watched the media coverage, they did it effectively.
