It's never Obama or his policies - it' always something else.  Now he blames the states instead of acknowledging his own lie about the "private sector is doing OK" yesterday.

... he's now sucking up to the states who are NOT actually addressing the problem of spending & who want federal money to bail them out of their multi-billion dollar deficits. Wisconsin addressed it & his union buddies didn't like it. Unfortunately for the union the deficits disappeared & unemployment is a much smaller percent (6.5%) than the national average & there is a surplus rather than something like the huge California ~$$$$$$$$16 billion deficit.
   You folks on the other side might ponder what happens when the MedicAid rolls expand for the states because of Obamacare if it is ruled as constitutional.
