When they are exciting, yes. Inspiration is a type of excitement, so is intuition. But within those there is also that which is more and that which is less exciting. Excitement has a million flavors and colors and the more you tune into it the more you see how it is everpresent in any modality you are working in.

Excitement is great when it is inspiring & intuitive. Just following excitement is like having a boner & the nearest opportunity. For me Inspiration is more like Love & a boner.

I think it’s more like Tony Robbins’s doing a little symbolic motion when you succeed (you know the exact reference, i forget it) …. but it is felt before the act, not after. it is not like “having a boner at nearest opportunity” … that’s not what is happening. do (only) what excites you focusing on your highest desires, and you will get that feeling more and more. pretty soon it is guidance.
