An aircraft believed to be carrying Edward Snowden landed in Moscow on Sunday after Hong Kong let the former U.S. security contractor leave the territory, despite Washington's efforts to extradite him to face espionage charges.

The anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks said Snowden was heading for a "democratic nation" which it did not name, although a source at the Russian airline Aeroflot said he would fly on within 24 hours to Cuba and then planned to go to Venezuela.



... I tend to wonder if we will ever know what else the traitor stole to blackmail the USA for his safety or give to our enemies. the Snowden affair, as of this morning, has totally dropped off memeorandum and there is just one current article on Google news, yet drudge still has a whole section (quoted above). 

the agency of attention is a very strange bugger indeed!  is it not?
So what? The White House prefers embarrassing stories disappear sooner than say the ever present, continuous, identity group story about George Zimmerman - black vs white - trial etc.
Some they purposefully stonewall until they die like BenGhazi.  We still don't know where Hillary & Obama were during the entire massacre. Anyway I suspect that when the Obama Administration Urges Federal Employees to Spy on each other to Avoid Leaks that they considered the matter solved & case closed. Hoping so because it shows what a failure of diplomacy and protection of classified information can happen nowadays with Obama in charge or giving speeches.  Still, it wouldn't have because Snowden was working for a contractor.
One way of controlling the national dialogue is to control the media.  Most of M$M is in the Obama pocket - Drudge is NOT! Notice this story:
