The Zodiac

I think any distinction can give rise to a duality.  there are ka-zillions distinctions that can be drawn.  selecting out the most general and/or the most basic and/or the most important is certainly an interesting exercise.  It can provide us with a mind map or a summary of our ontology and beliefs.

Mark, actually there is something said here ... and there is not right or wrong about it ... no transaction between our egos here whatsoever.  Just my conception of what the Zodiac mind map is.  I think it is actually quite important ... could you perhaps take another read of the paragraph?   The important part is that any distinction can give rise to a duality.  If that idea is not new to you then so much the better.  Then the other idea is how do you go about choosing which duality to place in a mind map? ... by basic ness or a priori ness or importance or generality or what?  This goes to how to construct an ontology and how to map it to our beliefs and the paradigms within which we think.  All very interesting stuff, for if you are thinking within one, and i another, then the clashes are possibly not at the level we are talking about them, but rather just foreign countries that misunderstand each others languages.

(that's the TAO, DUDE)  If that idea is not new to you then so much the better. (<- that's you in a micro rwg, dude)
(I gave you an example from RS (ideal <->real) READ THE BOOK! Of course you are free to make up your own but there is nothing new here.)
