Sorry, never saw the advert. In the end Monsanto is getting its due, I think the reputation is suffering & the Monsanto Protection Act (sic) is expiring (?).
[source: item 16823] . as edited.. For me, I buy food that is labeled voluntarily nonGMO & shun the crops which are most likely GMO like corn, soy etc. unless they have the organic sigil on them.
What would be more productive than devoting part of the taxpayer silo of money to laws, lawyers & crony legislators would be developing a public database of the human food chain & which products, companies etc have GMO, chemical additives, antibiotics, arsenic etc. & production methods which do not align with decency.
