Two forces in our Nature

I think both of those are forces in nature ... and in our internal natures as well. To divide and grow into specific individual niches is one thrust of nature. The other is to select and combine and unify and dominate.

well yes totally, i presented it as binary forces of nature.
but of course, real life is not binary nor are these opposing forces
any binary presentation is a generalization, and mungs out details

Simply because you used the word oppose which is binary
& for me that shows up as a lie

but do not these forces necessarily oppose each other?
how can you allow division (think of cell division) and at the same time stay in one cell ?
but yes you are totally right, these two forces work together in a broader context to create and sustain our lives

(1 - division or spreading out and growing into a niche) vs (not doing that ... ie staying the same, pruning and cutting back and restraining difference and change)
originally those were the two forces invoked in the title
... the other one discovered later is more a force of mind rather than a force of nature
(generalizing) vs (accepting unique special existence)

sorting by granularity
a greater ontology than NLP has being include all granularity
