Now what about the so-called human rights that are represented as superior to property rights? What about the “right” to a job, the “right” to a standard of living, the “right” to a minimum wage or a maximum work week, the right to a “fair” price, the “right" to bargain collectively, the “right” to security against the adversities and hazards of life, such as old age and disability?

The framers of the Constitution would have been astonished to hear these things spoken of as rights. They are not immunities from governmental compulsion; on the contrary, they are demands for new forms of governmental compulsion. They are not claims to the product of one’s own labor; they are, in some if not in most cases, claims to the products of other people’s labor.

Conservatives believe the US Constitution Limits what government can do & does not spell out what government must do. Having fought the Revolutionary War the founders wanted to make sure that tyranny did not reign again.
Libertarians believe in minimal government with maximal freedom of the individual commensurate with good order. They believe that right-sized government would get out the way of private individuals banding together to accomplish what large bureaucratic monopolies on private enterprise can't accomplish in less time & less cost to the people.
Obviously neither of these is in power yet today. A perfect sized government is artistically beautiful - not bloated with a big belly & hemorrhoids hanging out it's ass - dripping STDs out the other orifices.

Get the economics straight, free of government & the rest will begin to solve itself. The economic domain is similar or analogous to the blood system of the human body & has a similar health relationship to the body social.

i.e. ruin it & the body corrupts & dies!

What is most obvious to me is that the only way to get money out of government is for people to begin to do things on their own, take responsibility for their own actions & to put the pressure on governments to archive laws & regulations that are no longer needed.

Imagine a World where there is no longer a ruling class, where justice is innate & can't be bought & where the free flow of ideas & needs are dynamically balanced to work for all by us all.

sure that is the direction ... question is how to go in that direction from here? I think there will always be a function of collective regulation ... if you think about it such exists in the human body ... else why would we have consciousness? For example when we consciously choose to eat vegetables instead of animal meat, is there not a conscious decision from the top of our being that regulates our behavior? Said using PR's words ... "the consciousness commands and the body follows". If you buy into the idea that collectively we humans form a being, then, me thinks you must look to how that being is analogous to our individual constitutions. You wouldn't lop off your conscious control/regulation of your body ... nor should we lop off the conscious regulation of our society.

This government thingey has evolved along with our civilization. I think it is just as much an organ there as our liver or our kidney. Killing that civilization organ in some story in which it is always an evil villian, just does not feel right to me.

Yeah! BUT ... you are coming from it is necessary & we have to have it. I am coming from there is a possibility I would like to see,

NOW how can we achieve it? What are some beginning steps. What principles will lead to such a future?
I have an organ I call my Golden Rule chakra that I use & don't need external laws & regulations . Moving in the right direction is the first step. More regulations & laws is the wrong step. External coercion is the wrong step. Internal conscience is the right step. Personal responsibility is the right step. Looking to government to solve your problems is the wrong step. Harmony, resonance & the like is brought about by more & more of the right steps impressing upon the fundamental wave their images until the whole music of the spheres is obtained.

One way to kill the advertizing money in politics is to use social media instead. The challenge is that politicians nowadays are doing so also. Direct contact between social media & the politician in town halls may be a start.

Like Bill Gates of M$ he forms a foundation & tries to give it away to worthy projects. The latter is a good model . The former is $tupid. $ilos of money used for insurance encourage irresponsibility.
$ilos of money used for debt obscure & the true value of goods and services.
$ilos of money unattached to goods and services entirely provide the foundation for political corruption.

all of that accumulation is being used against our experience and starveling our time just because it has been assumed to have more value in our culture. i say talk against it and concentrate on the real value.

I prefer to discover principles & alternatives that I like rather than talking against anything. These are mostly things which seem out of balance from my perspective. Economics free of government is something I cherish. I don't envision chaos nor any more greed & corruption than we have now. As the dignity & self-worth of people's labor increases & is emancipated from monetary value a shift from greed is more likely since money is likely to be looked at as merely a way to measure the dynamic equilibrium of the whole economic system rather than a measure of self-worth.

sorry for the misspell ... should have been, strangling our time ... but i probably was mungeing in my fingers the word starving and that is just the way it came out.

obviously it is our time ... people's time ... your time, my time, brother john's time. "Culture" is just a word here that gives my thought a context outside of just my puny self.

I also cherish economics free government

... ab so fucking lutely! In other words it is not influenced by any accumulation of wealth ... it cannot be swayed by collectively pandering to people's lust for it. it .. government ... cannot buy people (votes) with money. it stands apart from that seeing just that which people cannot regulate individually themselves.

Government set free of economics & economics set free of government would make moot buying votes. What-for would one try to buy something not in their sphere of influence; not in their domain? Right now government has the guns & can take away your property & kill you &/or force you to kill someone else. That should end but is a discussion in a different part of threefoldness.
Self-worth is feeling yourself to be an integral part of the work you are doing & the work you are doing an integral part of the whole goods & services picture (culture if you must use mungeful word). Being in a dynamic equilibrium means that at times a person does one kind of thing & other things at other times.
Accumulation of wealth can shift to things like money that expires (or Bitcoins that expire) when the basic needs are satisfied & mostly balance is obtained. I can't even envision why a billion dollars would be accumulated beyond a few houses, cars, vacations, & lots of pussy, can you? The challenge is when money enters the power domain & politics & internationally the war & domination game.

Conscious capitalism may be a right step toward freeing economics from the chains of slavery to a government.
Like most ideas which show up in the middle of change it is but one & may not resemble what final evolution produces.
