The Drudge Report is merely a snapshot of the current News Front essentially cranking up a need to solve racial problems - the solution to which I wrote about eight years ago & in 714.
I speculate that the blacks are being cranked up to riot now because the immigration situation placed the hispanics in the driver seat for the next election & the situation even with the Obama in the white house hasn't improved for blacks much.

Without political pandering hopefully! Pandering is just more of the same.

Apparently what one group considers "pandering" another group considers "representing their constituency". Always playing the pandering-card when confronted with a situation where a representative is working to help a group that is disadvantaged before the law does not help us make everyone equal in the eyes of the law. We elect representatives to go to Washington to speak for our interests, when they do so, they are not necessarily pandering, they are representing our interests in the government. Pandering is more like a bribe ... offering a group special privileges that nobody else gets in return for a vote or support. That would be a case where that help does not benefit the society at large, but just that one group disadvantaging others not in the group. The difference is a fine line ... perhaps best judged on a case by case basis.

Pandering is like a duck - if it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck swims like a duck - it is easy to conclude it is a duck. Spinning is a duck-like occupation as is pandering.
