If each of the world's great religions managed to choose a leader who could speak for it's adherents could they all agree on the Golden Rule?  Could they at least achieve some consensus to operate with instead of warring inside & out?

I would gladly copy & quote, but each sentence seems to follow easily from one to the next & it is hard to know where to start & stop.
