thought


anyway i seem to be swimming better recently.  might be because i cut out most of the sugar in my diet ... getting my sweets from eating lots and lots of tangerines ... or maybe it is more just becoming more aware of how to move my being in this amazing living network ... accepting the edges that i run into and not banging my head against them ... watching qualia and feelings and meta feelings and how those can be adapted.

this morining i was thinking about how i become itchy in anticipation of things and possiblities in the future ... and how they affect my now ... and my swim into that possiblity.  fun stuff ... i want to swim well ... i know i haven't most of my life ... oh well ... it's never too late
