She says bake the potobela  for about 15 minutes with olive oil and onions and garlic and put a slice of provolone on top.  

I  tried to duplicate ... came pretty close.  It does need the tangy dressing and some kind of greens or tomato to balance the oily mushroom and cheese.    then too, for a #toothlessfoody it does not really need the bread ... or if bread, very very lightly toasted. Aron's i could easily eat without a external knife ... mine i could not.
