Nobody but you is causing you to always degrade and deney what i say on my blog.

Yeah!  some are already on the don't care bandwagon.

i mean that is what i do ... if you say something on your blog that i think is just off the wall, i gnore it ... i don't even tell you that i am ignoreing it.  If you say something on my blog that is off the wall, i will either ignore it or delete it.   So, me, i don't get any sick and tired feelings about our dialogue ... except perhaps only hearing about your sick and tiredness.
Yeah! I'm moving in that direction hencer the picture above:

Nobody censors me though !

it can be proven by enumeration of examples that mark's final refuge is to profess [tag not caring].

he presumes that by so doing, he wins the RWG for his self
It is much simpler than that, dude!
I am sick & tired of wasting time arguing with you. Several trains ago I expressed that my experience is one of not being gotten & you reasserting your original points of view over & over.
All you seemed to do was turn it around & mirror it as if it my fault in not getting  your point.  How can I care ?

What i don't understand about all of that is that is,  if you are sick and tired of arguning with me, then why do you not just stop doing it?   Nobody but you is causing you to always degrade and deney what i say on my blog.  If you do not want to do it, i will hail that .  It is so simple ... if you are sick of a conversation, just ignore it.   I mean what are you wanting me to do about it?

Had Bozo not brought up pandering I would not have brought up the above!  See how that works?

well we certainly can (and do) use consensus for "reality-based uses".   If we agree to dig the irrigation ditch over here rather than over there, the ditch will get dug ... if we cannot form a consensus, then it will not and nobody's crops will get watered.

There are many uses for cooperation in science too, but those will take quite a bit more time to exemplify.
The Project II experience contradicts. If one wanted something done he had to do it himself unless there existed a ground swell of opposition.

but perhaps we can take this even deeper ... so we don't forget about the elephant in the room.  i am always trying to build consensus ... trying to construct a shared reality with those with whom i interact.  That is just something that i always do ... it is me, my story ... you can like it or not.

So yes, i may go the extra mile in that attempt, when you perhaps have given up on it way back ... who knows, maybe even after the first key strokes left your fingers.
Yeah a bunch of abstractions & metaphors illustrating abstractions is hard to join the club for.
Kudos!trying to build a consensus. My zen can't grasp what a consensus of opinions is worth; nor what is lost by not joining it.  Such might be of value in politics & community organizing - making something seem larger and more valued than it really is. (c.f. Rules for Radicals #1)

Well, much that lasts is accomplished through cooperation.  Thinking alike is a step in that direction (see  "Competition vs Cooperation" ).  Might be hard to see that side of things with a ego to which apparently pandering is a must.
Yep, your panderer-in-chief needs pandering in the White House (& fellow travelers in Congress & the judiciary) in order to pull off all his executive orders & bypass the constitutionally elected Congress & form non-treaty treaties while bashing those that object.  That's why I say one can probably form consensus for political purposes, but not scientific nor reality-based uses. The Evolution of Evil series on AHC demonstrated how far former dictators can go once they get concensus enough to execute their rivals. Tojo, Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Saddam Hussein, Duvalier, Kim Jhong Il, .. (see also)
The net of my thesis is simple:

yeah .... i gave you that one ... maybe i should have said egoo then i would have gotten an entirely different response.
Had you just mentioned RWG I would have left it at that which was my point!

yep definitely ... this is not a stationary black and which thingy.

the balance between {self vs family/community} and {self vs other} and {compete vs cooperate} is  fascinating.  me thinks a dynamic balance is where life best flourishes.  When too many go to one extreme or the other,  maybe a systemic tendency to  decay emerges.

What other polarities inform a flourish/decay dynamic?
Don't know, but Politics by Aristotle starts there with some of these things in mind.
Still need to get on that.
