My interest here centers around ...
we are all already living inside a neural net ... and i am not talking about our brains ... i'm talking about our civilization.   which, when believed, begs the question of how do we get access to the solutions that is might be generating?  How do we as individuals talk to it?
... the background context of which is Bozo's Conjecture.

for example, say somebody wanted to change some resource from being a useless maintenance expense, to producing real food to eat.  Specifically how would they go about doing it and where would that knowledge come from?   Well in my example most of that knowledge came from social contacts and googling.    Now think back to how different the situation would have been 30 years ago.   So this is already happening ... we ask and we get the solutions as we cooperate with others around us.  I call it tuning into the network.
