permalinks shoud have the next/earlier gadtets in the tool bar

they go to the next item by adding 1 (or subtracting) to arrived at the next item in sequence.  its not used very often, but the code is still there in the old system and i do use it and i would like it back.  see the buttons at fastblogit.com/permalink/?item=19293

These work on item pages. So when the pages are combined as discussed in another spot, these should be fixed.

I love it when that dude of me from the hacker universe triads with me. I always come back to a lot of stuff done and fixed! I’ve seen comments, here and in floodles, where you say slow down tiger and things like that when he is here. Fun!
