distributed identity fastblogit style

Thinking of how to solve problem raised at how would a global author screen name work?

Let us say that we have some secured quads:

fastblogit domains	group seth	trusts	group mark
	group mark	trusts	group seth
	group seth	trusts	group the great work
	group the great work	trusts	group seth
	group the great work	trusts	group mark
	(sorry some of the quads are left out, there shouldbe 9 in the circle)

etc ...

Then does that not mean that all of the groups (seth,mark,great work) should accept the login cookies for each other? If one visits any group within the trusted circle of groups, and on'e home group is one in the circle, then one should have the priviledges as if they were loged into that group.

Thing is to make that work trans domain with Live Journal, etc ... using what they use: LID, OpenId, InfoCard, whatever.

Just a start of the identity design process here. Though i would write down some thoughts early on.

Somehow putting it on a group level doesn't make sense to me. If I am an author with passwords to group A and group B it should NOT mean that any/all/other members of group A should have the passwords to group B.
