Group search and go to

New menu item on the user and group menu.
Administrators group also has a full group administration screen. It will have a delete as requested, but that doesn’t work yet because the database is fooba(!r) 

There are over 17,000 comments in the database with the wrong or a missing group. Taggings too. Hence the group delete won’t work right until these are fixed. I am working on a query to fix them.
