this frequently yields a “Certificate expired” warning and when it does i have seen it block access entirely on mobile.

I just recycle
yes, as the message says, reload the page … that is also what you do directly at floodle.com.  i experienced a case on my iPhone where i could not reload the page.  i am not even sure i can reproduce it.   this is pre alpha experimentation here,  so this is not really a concern yet.  i put my expermint with embedded floodles in my back room just so it would not interfear with other rooms here.  that’s all i am saying.

wizzard mark, could you please move this to your back room or make it private so as to get it out of the river?
mark@niche 2016-01-10 08:48:22 [item 19549#41430]
why?
because it scrambles people’s experience who are looking at the river on mobile devises  without informing them of anything at all.  the point that you can have a view of another land here was starteling … sure got my attention,  see because i can, but now that has been made … people are still watching the river go by … and for some you item is obstructing that.   i do encourage you to experiment away but the river is not just for you … it is for all of us here.  just please be mindful of that … yet do what you will … nothing heavy handed here at all.  i’m just talking to you.

Is there a problem with the structure of the River?

there is a problem with embedded floodles being in the river.

I tagged it with “back room” did that work for you?
seth@administrators 2016-01-10 09:14:54 [item 19549#41438]
yes thanks yes … it no longer appears in the river.   this back room feature is working out to be one of nathan’s greatest contributions here.   it is a great way to fade something out of our attention, yet still make it functional and findable otherwise.
