about fastblogit links

The fact that fastblogit has links is unremarkable; even being internal and external. That they are available to the author in comments and items instantly is , however very, very nice!
What is remarkable is that FastBlogIt can link to dynamic rooms of items, together with their comments, under a vast array of selection criteria. Some of these rooms of items are:
  1. items with specific tags & combinations of tags
  2. items with specific titles  & words in titles
  3. items in a group
  4. items in a group with specific tags
  5. url, uri, google search, (soon to handle wiki titles or items?)
  6. items by specific authors & combinations of authors (a future)
  7. specific links to items (permalinks)
  8. news - every comment & item changed in the river since a last checkpoint
  9. ...tbd
