but as to that specific hex, it’s hexed to me, so I can’t see if it has a bug in it.

it might be a situation where the editor box loads so slowly that it looks like it has hung.   in which case sometimes if you wait long enought it will load.   or perhaps try it again in a moment.

Happened for today & yesterday. I waited it out once. Tried other browsers FF & Chrome. FF says long running script? IDK.

I have seen this, but it has always been network issues is all. If something is taking very long, I just reload the browser and it comes right in. Same as I do at any site where that happens, which is many of course.

When things are atomized, then the page can stay and all changes can be AJAX, just like Facebook, then the editor and stuff will always already be loaded. Right now, every single page goes out and gets all the software and brings it back every time, and that’s more than 40 files worth of stuff … so a little hanging now and then is expected.

I think that 10+ tries across 2 days & 2 browsers is a clue it is not the network . Other items load just fine from that group. There is corruption somewhere with that item. pondering bug

I like realizing that the RTE is simply not able to digest what you are feeding it. Corruption sounds more like something politicians do.

? corruption has many forms corrupt (adj.) Look up corrupt at Dictionary.com
mid-14c., from Old French corropt "unhealthy, corrupt; uncouth" (of language), and directly from Latin corruptus, past participle of corrumpere "to destroy; spoil," figuratively "corrupt, seduce, bribe," from com-, intensive prefix (see com-), + rup-, past participle stem of rumpere "to break" (see rupture (n.)). Related: Corruptly; corruptness. or from the power thesaurus .  To me an RTE eating what I am feeding makes it sound like a dragon eating my posts:

I think it is a dragon eating your posts. I see dragon scratches all over them. I think the dragon may be named Ming or something because that name is often near the dragon scratches.
