RENTON FOOD CO-OP STEERING COMMITEE MEETING

WEB SITE
Seth better integrated the "join" form with the web site.  He also renewed our domain name.  We discussed using wordpress.com (what we use now) vs wordpress.org, which is free and will give us more capability.  
 
OFFICE
The City of Renton does not have office space for us.  We might be able to meet at N Highlands Neighbrhood Center.   Lara will talk to them.  
 
 
TABLING
We will be tabling at the Eco movie this Thursday, as well as the one on March 10th.  Lara and Rebecca will man the table.  The next three months, movies will be held on the 1st Tuesdays and we will table there as well.  Other tabling events will be the seed and plant exchange on April 2nd at the Community Center. 
 
OTHER
Scott found canvas bags on the web and we ordered those.  Krysten will screen print a few to have at the tabling event this week and to give as a dorr prize. Rebecca and Kay can help.
 
 
 
 
TO DO
   Rebecca - get together with Seth to  learn how to send an email blast.
   Seth - meet with Kay and Rebecca
   Rebecca and Seth - design membership card with QR code
   Kay - get together with Seth to learn how to send the minutes directly to the web site
   Lara - meet with N Highlands Neighborhood Center about meeting place.  
   Krysten - silk screen 10 bags for this Thursday Eco Movie/ tabling.  Call Rebecca and Kay for help.
