a bit of Gey Pupon

a small spoon of lime juice

a glob of your special honey

sprinkel with coarsly ground pepper

a pinch of salt.

whisk till smoothe

My recent experience is that Chinese Mustard is even stronger although wasabi is a different part of a plant – closer to the root (like horseradish)

I doubled the amount of mayo to vinegar.  In larger batches it was too thin.

2t blue berry honey

¼ t salt
¼ t freshly ground pepper
