Onions, celery, garlic, red pepper ← sauteed untill soft then blended.

1 chicken breast chunked.

Chicken carcass boiled for stock.

baby potatoes, corn, carrots ← steemed

Seasoned with rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaves, salt, pepper.

well there in lies a tale … no no #rosemary … the chef was too lazy to open the door and walk into the field and get it.   but i thought about it … strange you noticed null …. maybe tomorrow on the rewarm … there is plenty left.

ok got a sprig of Rosmary from the East Orchard of #RussellFarm … put it in the warming up soup.  Denise didnt notice … me, i noticed as an aftertaste … i think i am more aware of the aftertaste than is denise.

we will have it tomorrow too … and one batch in freezer bag 21273 … good soup, woth a save null


this soup was very chunky … lot sof chicken …. when defrosted maybe add some stock … and Rosmary null … tomorrow’s soup is in the fridge … easy cooking, maybe make a side dish.

thoday i was low energy … only tried to get to the bottom of some stupid behaivor here, for which there apparently is no bottom to be had.  things change … tomorrow will be a different day.
