Essentially, I think of quads as SVO + Context. A simple rules engine that runs on quads may help out the process of parsing text imbedded in items.

If you look at the jist of most of the rules rationale it is to simplify an if then else nest of reasoning logic. Rules engines facilitate same. If the text is in fastblogit & the rules are in the same place, then a rules engine that transforms the reasoning into some sort of consequence say one room to another room with complex rules & logic may be helpful. The spec on this is still shaky, much like the kind you like to work with (;-))
