Augoides versus aug

This name showed up in something I was reading the other day which escapes me now. It is nice that now some esoteric terms can also be found in the Wikipedia.
I like the word qualia & equate it mostly to PR’s term feeling-awareness or feeling-attention

We all employ two levels of feeling-awareness in order to interact with the world, and each can be improved upon for greater skill. First, we perceive incoming sensations, feelings that inform us of anything related to ourselves. Improvement here is mostly a matter of increasing sensitivity, which is addressed throughout this book. Second, we command our bodies by creating outgoing motor impulses from which we generate movement. Whether our actions are an appropriate response or a knee-jerk reaction depends on our state of mind. This is where Zen training is useful. Every feeling we have is a bit of information traveling to or from the brain. Since it is the basis for all our actions and interactions, clarifying this information will have an immediate effect on our abilities. Feeling-awareness is a powerful sense.

Can be interpreted as positive or negative – best not interpreted at all.
#aug is most often used by seth to describe a feeling he gets & interprets through the rwg as unpleasant.
The title points to something we really would do a better listen to.

I would say it is obvious – the words are almost synonymous . PR must be talking of how powerful it is in zen body being & you must be talking about some other aspect. PR has a dash between feeling and awareness in the book. A racquetball player has some sense of where the ball is at all times & where it is going & how to play it without going through rational processes. In a way the quote I often throw at the idea is from the Art of Effortless Power:

The answer is the consciousness commands and the body obeys.
