Footer problem on individual page at speaktomecatalog.com

About: example of individual page that now works properly

The “showFooter()” code at speaktomecatalog.com stopped functioning properly …

because it was placed inside the wrong div in individual.php …

it suddenly started showing at the top of the page and overwriting the title of the porduct.

I moved it to where it should be and now it looks ok.  #Done #kudos 

the facebook share code was taken out of the function and probably needs to be rewritten as it is working differently than it was originally designed … thanks a lot facebook null.

nathan,  HTML code pasted in the edit box now gets interpreted as when the item is edited. 

eg try pasting this with all the appropriate bracketing “<” syntax and then editing it …

Not exactly sure what you mean. There was a little issue that & lt; and & gt; were getting converted to < and > upon re-edit … fixed that. But that was only a display issue for the most part. No code was getting executed that I know of.

Do you have an exact example? You should be able to paste an example here now so that I can see it since < and > will show up now after a re-edit.

Okay. I improved caching today, so that just moving around on the comments of a thought in the news does not require a whole reload of the thought … which it shouldn’t since all the info is already in house. A few corner case side effects to smooth out yet like this one … moving will need to update the local cache data too. Or prolly in this case, just invalidate the cache.
