What is your shipping speed you list? If not “same day” I would expect to be knocked out of the buy box. That would be my first guess as a problem area.

wrong guess … we ship almost always the same day … and unless we go the extra mile to prime is almost impossible to decrease our published shippping times and still stay in business. we been all over that … but nice guess. the problem, #MeThinks today, is wining the buy box … otherwise we are buried. we made some progress today after wearing out two customer service reps who could hardly talk english. i just don’t think they ran the rating algorithm yet … all of our products still show “not eligilbe”.

Okay. I just know that as a customer I often choose a product based on published shipping time, and even choose the “prime” offering whenever it is available … and would expect amazon to favor that when showing me the options for a product.

Shipping cost and time are usually my biggest concern when ordering online. And perhaps they would not be to the majority of your true customer base for your products … but are they for amazon reguardless?
