Fried Chicken without oil


It is a hassel to fry chicken … all that oil to heat up and maintain.  Then too the technique of deep frying in hot oil is difficult to learn and even very hazzardarous for a blind person.  Which explains why this appliance is garnering such attention of late.

I am going to try it for lunch today.

Wroked !    I think i shyed the time … the recipe called for 20 minutes, but i was worride about what almost looked like burnt on the outside … that and i was cooking 4 pieces instead of 6 … so i took it out in 18 minutes.   It was slightly under done … oh well.
